cleaning is using specialized systems. Cleaning removes large impurities (rocks or their fragments, iron residues, other foreign bodies, straw, etc.) and the smaller or very small and lightweight impurities, such as fine dust, insect fragments and eggs, various types of dirt particles, etc. as well as removing specific parts of the caryopsis.
Before wheat can be milled it is necessary for the wheat to be in the best possible condition this is termed as reaching a uniform degree of mellowness and reasonably uniform moisture content throughout.
