Mill:
Consists of (3) production lines. Two of them to mill durum & soft wheat to produce quantity 300ton/hr. of flour types at a given level of quality via each line. The third line to mill durum wheat to produce 250ton/hr. of semolina.
The mill is sustained with a group of metal & concrete silos with capacity of 32150ton of wheat.

The mill consists of :
1. Reception & precleaning storing section.
2. Cleaning & 1st. conditioning section.
3. Cleaning & 2nd. conditioning section.
4. Roller Mill, plansifter & purifier section.
5. Products storing section.
6. Mixing section.
7. Packaging products section.
8. Finished products storing section.
